This policy covers this website and the V3.3 test version of 大樂透・好運搖球機 from Visionary Commercial Co., Ltd.

02 / Website visits

This website has no contact form, advertising trackers or third-party analytics. It does not use browser cookies or local storage for visitor tracking. The hosting provider may retain IP addresses, request times, URLs and browser information in server logs for operation and security, according to its settings and policies.

03 / Local app data

The test app requires no account. Nicknames, stories, replies, favorites, preferences and consent records are stored on the device. Public community features and cloud sync are not enabled. The app does not upload this content to our servers. Device backups may include local data depending on system settings.

04 / Motion and audio

When shake-to-select is enabled, motion data is used in real time without being stored or transmitted. Sound effects play locally and do not require microphone recording.

05 / Contact and third parties

If you email us, we receive the information you choose to provide and use it to address your enquiry, retaining it as necessary for that purpose. Hosting and email providers process these communications. External websites have their own policies. Apple processes TestFlight diagnostics and feedback under its terms when TestFlight distribution is used.

06 / Payments and tracking

The V3.3 test version has no enabled payments, recurring charges, reminders or public community service, and includes no advertising or analytics trackers. Policy information will be updated before relevant future services are introduced.

07 / Your data and enquiries

Manage local content through available app controls. Removing the app generally removes local app data; system backups are managed separately by you. Requests will be handled according to applicable requirements and the data actually retained.
